Our work in Faculty and Academic Affairs involves supporting all faculty, from new hires to those transitioning to emeritus status. We offer programming designed to help faculty succeed as they arrive at the University of Minnesota and begin to build their place in our community.

We also provide programs and resources for faculty in leadership roles, equipping them to acclimate and thrive in their positions. In collaboration with the Center for Educational Innovation, we support teaching and learning while advancing faculty careers and disciplines.
